PAGCOR reserves the right to modify these terms at its sole discretion, with continued use constituting acceptance of such modifications.
Platform Usage Guidelines

Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, system interference, data mining, automated scripts, fraudulent conduct, or any action that imposes unreasonable load on infrastructure. Users must be of legal age and within jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. PAGCOR maintains sole discretion to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these provisions.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content, trademarks, software, and materials displayed on the Platform are protected intellectual property of PAGCOR or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of Platform content without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users acknowledge PAGCOR's exclusive ownership of all Platform-related intellectual property rights.
By submitting content to the Platform, users grant PAGCOR a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content. Users warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and shall indemnify PAGCOR against related claims. PAGCOR reserves the right to remove user-generated content at its discretion without notice. Users retain ownership of submitted content subject to the aforementioned license.
Warranty Exclusions
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement. Liability Limitations
PAGCOR's aggregate liability arising from Platform use shall not exceed amounts paid by user in the preceding twelve months. Users agree to indemnify PAGCOR against claims arising from their Platform use, violations of terms, or applicable laws. In no event shall PAGCOR be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regardless of the form of action.
Account Termination
PAGCOR reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice for violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at its sole discretion. Upon termination, users shall cease Platform use immediately. Outstanding obligations shall survive termination. Users may terminate their account by providing written notice, subject to settlement of pending transactions and obligations. PAGCOR may retain user data as required by law.
Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by Philippine law. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Manila courts for disputes arising from Platform use. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in full force. Users waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction. These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding Platform use, superseding prior agreements.
